We are a fast growing American style restaurant coming to Warrington. We already have a store in Liverpool.
Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food production and preparation
- Execute menus to specification
- Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation are consistently met
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimise waste and maximise efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment in line with health and safety regulations
Experience:
- Proven experience working in a professional kitchen setting
- Strong culinary skills with the ability to cook and prepare a variety of dishes
- Knowledge of food hygiene practices and health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with staff and management
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
