Job Description

We’re looking for a driven and outgoing Business Development Manager to join a thriving field sales team in the hot beverages and vending solutions sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive sales professional with a passion for building client relationships and growing territory revenue. You'll be the face of the brand on the road—generating new business opportunities, presenting tailored solutions, and managing your own sales pipeline from start to close.

As part of the role, you’ll receive your own branded company car, full training, and ongoing support to help you succeed in a fast-growing and competitive industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively source and close new business opportunities within your territory

  • Promote a range of coffee machines, products, and vending solutions to SMEs and large businesses

  • Deliver engaging, consultative sales pitches through face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders

  • Manage your pipeline, forecast activity, and report on sales performance using the CRM system

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and aftercare for clients

Requirements
  • Proven experience in field sales, B2B sales, or business development

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own time and territory effectively

  • Full UK driving licence (essential)

  • Previous experience in the coffee, vending, catering, or FMCG sector is a bonus but not essential
