Our client, a well-respected name in the property industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Marketing Manager to drive their commercial marketing activities. This pivotal role exists to strategically manage and execute all regional commercial marketing initiatives, directly supporting the Sales Director implementing the overarching marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

The Regional Marketing Manager will be instrumental in managing the day-to-day marketing operations and ensuring effective promotion of new and existing developments. Key areas of focus include:

You’ll also be involved in:

  • Strategy development (especially during quarterly planning meetings, which you'll lead)
  • Media planning and performance analysis
  • Driving improvements through conversion rate analysis
  • Managing events, PR, and traditional & digital media
  • Working with marketing budgets

The main marketing channels include Meta (DCO), digital platforms, and portals like Rightmove and Zoopla. There’s room for creativity within the strategic frame — for example, recent campaigns have included hyper-local tactics like beer mats, tailored to different property developments.
