An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strategic and hands-on SEO Manager to join a fast-paced marketing team within a multi-location organisation. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in both national and local SEO, particularly within a franchise or multi-site environment.

You'll be responsible for delivering scalable SEO strategies that boost organic performance across numerous local websites, while also supporting franchise partners with tailored SEO guidance and training. You'll collaborate closely with a talented cross-functional team of specialists in web, content, brand, and paid media-giving you the chance to influence broader marketing direction and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver SEO strategies to improve visibility and traffic across multiple websites
  • Work with content and development teams to implement SEO best practices
  • Manage SEO performance for local and franchise-specific web pages
  • Lead training sessions and webinars on SEO for internal teams and partners
  • Optimise Google Business Profiles and local listings
  • Develop SEO guides and support materials for franchisees
  • Provide ongoing support to improve local online presence
  • Research keywords and identify content opportunities
  • Collaborate with content teams to produce SEO-friendly blogs and landing pages
  • Audit and update existing content to boost performance
  • Run regular technical SEO audits and fix site issues
  • Support developers in building SEO-friendly website structures
  • Monitor SEO results using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and BrightLocal
  • Report on performance and recommend improvements
  • Keep up with SEO trends and Google algorithm updates
  • Track competitor activity and adjust strategy as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 3-5+ years' SEO experience, ideally within a franchise or multi-location setting
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO tools and platforms (GA, GSC, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc.)
