Training administrator position for a multinational manufacturer and service provider. The role will suit those looking for a busy role in progressive and forward thinking business.
To apply for the role you need experience in a busy admin role. You need to be comfortable dealing with change as the department is going through a number of improvements as they continue to invest.
Part of the Team of 6 you will be responsible for arranging training operations and bookings, dealing with queries, certifications and instructor coordination with existing customers. You will manage inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and web form. You will follow up on training quotations and support clients in choosing the correct training packages.
The Person Needed:
• Strong administrative background, ideally in a customer-facing and/or training
• Confident communicator across phone & email
• Experience with Microsoft
• High attention to detail
