Reed Talent Solutions are working with United Utilities on the search for a Fleet Administrator to join their busy team at their HQ in Warrington.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Pay rate: £16.54 per hour

Contract: Temporary 3 month contact

About the Role: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join the fleet management team, specifically to support our occupational road risk strategy. This will include answering enquiries relating to telematics information shared with the business, and assisting in reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, support, and maintain various fleet databases.
  • Handle invoicing, scheduling vehicles for maintenance, and ordering fuel cards.
  • Provide support on insurance administration and resolve disputes.
  • Assist with ordering new vehicles, monitoring, reporting, and billing of work, as well as asset disposal.
  • Support the wider team by providing reports and supplementary information.
  • Conduct employee driving licence checks.
  • Manage the hires of short-term vehicles and leases.
  • Mailbox management
