Description

As the EHS Coordinator you will be tasked with the following;

  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations within the Warrington facility.
  • Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures tailored to the industrial and manufacturing environment.
  • Maintain the companies ISO accreditations in accordance to ISO9001, 14001, 45001, 50001.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Deliver training programmes to employees on EHS standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sustainability into daily operations.
  • Investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and maintain detailed records.
  • Monitor and report on key EHS performance metrics to leadership.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and industry developments.

Profile

A successful EHS Coordinator should have:

  • Have or be working towards a Charter IOSH membership
  • A dynamic and driven individual with an ability to collate data to ensure investigation can be carried out.
  • A background in environmental, health, and safety practices within industrial or manufacturing settings.
  • Strong knowledge of UK EHS regulations and standards.
  • Proven ability to manage compliance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience conducting audits and risk assessments.
  • Proficiency in delivering training and fostering a safety-first culture.
