Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant - Warrington (Start ASAP)

We're looking for a dedicated Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in Warrington, starting as soon as possible.
About the Role
Full-time position (Monday-Friday, term time only)
Supporting students with behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties (BESD/SEMH)
Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff to provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support
Helping create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
About You
Experience working with children or young people with challenging behaviour (school, youth work, or care setting)
Calm, patient, and resilient with excellent communication skills
Ability to build strong, trusting relationships and motivate students to achieve their best
Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, Psychology, Education, or similar) - desirable but not essential
