The role will oversee their ongoing growth and will be pivotal to the success of the operation, ensuring collections and deliveries are made on time.Applicants need to have a driving licence and their own vehicle as there is no public transport available near the site and this is a full-time office-based job.Key Skills / Experience:* Great attention to detail and fantastic problem-solving skills with the ability to prevent/resolve issues that could result in the disruption of service level agreements* Strong communication skills across numerous channels* Work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment* Track record in a similar role within a customer centric transport operation* Ensuring site compliance with all relevant employment / transport legislation* Proven leadership abilities with the presence and charisma to lead a growing team* A proven track record of CI techniques, KPI management, Employment Law and H&S legislation
