Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer support and solving technical problems? We're looking for a Helpdesk Support Engineer to join our clients busy and friendly team, delivering outstanding operational support to our customers.

Working as part of the Helpdesk team, you'll be responsible for recording, investigating, and resolving incidents, service requests, and technical issues. You'll take pride in offering a professional, efficient, and friendly service that reflects quality and expertise at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online portal, logging all details in the CRM system
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with, company software, Windows Servers, and related devices
  • Escalate complex issues to Level 2 support or external resolver groups where appropriate
  • Support field engineers by performing remote diagnostics and allocating incidents
  • Maintain accurate asset and case records, ensuring all service levels are met
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, helping enhance team performance and customer satisfaction

About You:

  • 1+ years' experience in a customer service or IT helpdesk role (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Windows Server, hardware, and networking
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Organised, proactive, and eager to learn new systems and technologies
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
  • Fluent in English (additional European language such as French, German, or Spanish is an advantage)
