Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher looking for a fulfilling new role in a supportive setting?
A well-resourced and inclusive school in Warrington is seeking a skilled SEN Teacher to join their dedicated team, supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs including Autism (ASC), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs.



About the Role:

  • Planning and delivering differentiated lessons to meet individual EHCP targets

  • Supporting pupils across key stages (Primary or Secondary depending on experience)

  • Creating a structured, supportive and engaging learning environment

  • Working closely with Teaching Assistants, the SENCO and external professionals

  • Monitoring progress, writing reports and contributing to review meetings

  • Promoting emotional resilience, independence, and confidence in all learners



Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS)

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience working with children with SEN

  • Strong knowledge of SEN strategies, safeguarding, and inclusive teaching

  • A patient, flexible, and nurturing approach to teaching

  • Excellent behaviour management and communication skills

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
