Reed Marketing & Creative are partnered with a successfully growing B2B business, who are looking for an Internal Communications Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative and impactful communication strategies that make complex business priorities clear, engaging, and relevant for all colleagues.
- Collaborate closely with HR and Marketing to ensure alignment of cultural, people, and brand narratives across internal channels.
- Translate executive priorities and business performance into accessible, compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
- Act as lead writer, editor, and curator for internal communications, including CEO and Executive updates, company announcements, newsletters, and intranet content.
- Partner with the Chief of Staff to plan and execute communications for key leadership and governance milestones (e.g., quarterly webinars, leadership events, partner forums).
- Champion the culture by creating communications that celebrate values, achievements, and foster inclusion and belonging.
- Support the CEO Office and HR in embedding tone of voice and cultural alignment throughout all people and transformation communications.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Chief of Staff and Executive Team, ensuring all operational and strategic decisions are supported by clear communication plans.
What the Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Proven Expertise in Internal Communications: Experience developing and delivering strategic communication plans that engage employees and align with business priorities.
- Exceptional Writing and Editing Skills: Ability to craft clear, compelling, and accessible messages for diverse audiences, including executive-level communications.
- Strategic Thinking: Skilled at translating complex information into engaging narratives that drive understanding and connection.
- Collaboration and Influence: Strong ability to build relationships and work effectively with senior leaders, HR, Marketing, and cross-functional teams.
- Digital and Channel Management: Proficiency in managing internal communication platforms (e.g., intranet, Teams, Yammer, SharePoint) and email tools.
- Creative Mindset: Innovative approach to storytelling and engagement, with an eye for design and brand consistency.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret feedback and engagement metrics to continuously improve communication effectiveness.
In return you will receive a salary paying circa 62K depending on experience + excellent benefits + Fully remote working.
