CNC Machinist
PermanentPay rate up to £18.50 per hour Leamington Spa
Shift: Monday to Friday: 14:45 -23:45 ( early finish on Friday 12:00-16:00)Do you have experience as a CNC Lathes or Turning Machines ?Have you previously worked in a manufacturing environment?GI Pro are working in partnership with manufacturing company, based in Royal Leamington Spa, where you will work with state-of-the-art CNC machinery to produce high-precision components.Our client is looking for enthusiastic and motivated CNC lathe Setter/ Operator to join their growing team.

Your Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC lathes for production runs
- Adjust tooling, offsets, and programs to meet tight tolerances
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
- Work from technical drawings and specifications
- Maintain machine efficiency and workplace safety
We're Looking For:
- Proven experience setting and operating CNC lathes
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring tools
- A strong focus on quality and detail
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
