Job Title: Asset Data Manager
Location: Warwick / Hybrid
Remuneration: From 37,000 per annum
Contract Details: Fixed Term Contract (6 months, plus potential extension)

Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Collect, organise, and maintain comprehensive records of asset information.
- Data Analysis: Analyse asset data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for optimisation.
- Reporting: Generate detailed reports on asset status, usage, and performance for stakeholders.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the quality and consistency of asset data through regular audits and updates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support asset management initiatives and resolve data-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in data management, analysis, and reporting, preferably in asset management.
- Proficiency in data management software, SQL, and MS Office (Excel & Word).
- Strong ability to analyse complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- High level of accuracy and a detail-oriented approach to data management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present data findings clearly.
- Effective problem-solving skills to address data-related issues and improve processes.
