Our client, a multinational leader in the utilities sector, is seeking an experienced Procurement Programme Manager for their Major Offshore Projects Procurement team.
This permanent position is based in the Midlands with hybrid working options and offers a salary of approximately £70,000.
The role involves collaborating with Joint Venture partners to provide a comprehensive end-to-end procurement service during a significant transformation period.
Candidates should have extensive experience in delivering complex, high-value procurement projects, ideally within a public sector or regulated environment, and possess prior knowledge of UCR on offshore projects.
Line management experience is essential, as the successful candidate will lead procurement efforts and contribute to the development of the buying community.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a public sector or regulated environment. It is essential that you have prior working knowledge of UCR, ideally on an offshore project basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering complex, high-value procurement projects and be able to think strategically and innovatively to find the best supplier solutions for the projects. You must have previous line management experience and the ability to not only act as a leader for procurement but also support the growth of the buying community.
