Are you a detail-oriented Paraplanner with 3 year's experience, looking for a new opportunity in a relaxed, supportive, and growing independent advice firm?

This role is ideal for qualified Paraplanners (Level 4 Diploma required, working towards Level 6 desirable) who enjoy technical work, want to contribute to a collaborative team, and are open to future potential progression opportunities. You’ll join a well-established, forward-thinking business with a strong reputation for integrity and professionalism.

The Business

This is a respected independent financial advisory firm based in Warwickshire, known for its quality advice, experienced team, and client-centric approach. With 5 advisers and ten support staff, the business has grown significantly through acquisitions and referrals, building a collaborative culture where clients benefit from the expertise of the whole team rather than just an individual adviser.

The Role

You'll play a key role in the business’s advice process, supporting advisers with high-level technical work. Your responsibilities will include report writing, product and investment research, transacting business, and responding to technical queries. You’ll also attend investment committee meetings and contribute to ongoing client service.
