Our Regional Support Office team is looking for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join the team on a full time, permanent basis. This is a hybrid position, with regular travel to the Regional Support Office in Warwick.Â
Please note, our Regional Support Office will be relocating to a new site in Coventry in early 2026.Â

About You
To be considered for this position you must have:
- Have experience within a similar role (Charity experience is desirable)Â
- Have experience using Access Dimensions or equivalentÂ
- Be AAT qualified or equivalent experienceÂ
- Have strong organisational skills with an eye for dtail and good problem solving skillsÂ
- The ability to manage workload and meet strict monthly deadlinesÂ
- Willingness to undertake relevant training and identify own development needsÂ
- Have a flexible approach and positive attitude towards work
- Ensure high standards are maintained, progressesed and promoted in all areas of workÂ
