NRL is seeking a Nightshift Construction Manager for a position based in Washington, NE37.
The role offers a payment structure under CIS, initially for 5 weeks with the possibility of extension, and requires working hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Friday through Sunday.
Candidates must possess a Level 6 construction site management or Level 7 NVQ in construction senior management, along with SMSTS/SSSTS certifications and a Black Site Manager card.
The primary responsibilities include overseeing site safety, ensuring daily safety paperwork is completed, and managing sub-contractors and quality control.

Working hours:7:00pm-7:00am Fri-Sun

Must have:

Level 6 construction site management or 7 NVQ in construction senior management
SMSTS/SSSTS
Black Site Manager card
First Aid (Desirable)

Job Spec:Looking after site and to ensure all safety paperwork is completed daily- predominant focus is site safety and managing all sub-contractors on daily basis and quality control.
