Sales Administrator, Waterlooville, Full Time, Permanent

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to handle a variety of tasks, including processing orders, managing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer support. Your Role:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service from the initial contact all the way through to order fulfilment and post-sale support.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Receive and process customer orders, maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide quotations for new and existing customer accounts, negotiating prices when necessary.
  • Verify order accuracy and ensure all necessary information is included to meet detailed customer specifications.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to confirm order details, resolve any issues and provide order updates.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, shipping departments and internal sales from other branches to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.

Your Experience:

  • We are looking for a friendly and confident individual with experience in order processing, account management, or a similar field.
  • The ideal candidate will be quick on their feet, finding solutions to any challenges that arise.
  • You have a talent for transforming difficult conversations into positive outcomes.
  • You ensure everything runs seamlessly, even during busy times, effortlessly managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also crucial for building solid relationships with both customers and team members.
  • Please be aware that, due to the responsibilities of the role, GCSE passes in Mathematics and English are required.

Additional Information:

  • Hours of work Monday to Friday 8.30 to 4.30 and 9.00am to 5.00pm
