Our client is seeking a Part-Time Finance Manager for their Waterlooville office, requiring approximately 20 to 25 hours of work per week.
The role includes responsibilities such as accounts payable, credit control, monthly management reporting, budget planning, and finance administration.
Candidates must be qualified to AAT standard or equivalent and possess at least 5 years of finance experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills, is essential for this position.
The salary for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Our client is looking to appoint a Part-Time Finance Manager to work in their Waterlooville office for around 20/25 hours per week. The majority of the hours will be worked in the office, but they can consider some hours being worked from home.

This position will involve:

accounts payable - overseeing supplier invoices, process supplier payments & maintain relationships
credit control - chasing, annual reviews, daily sales ledger administration
monthly management reporting - balance sheet, P&L, cash flow forecasting, provide Directors with insight
budget planning - monthly monitoring, review & control of expenses
finance administration - bank recs, VAT returns, expenses, credit card statements

Candidates will need to be:

qualified to AAT standard or similar
5 years finance experience
proficient in the use of MS, with high level of Excel expertise
