Sterling Williams are working alongside a leading non-bank Lender in the Bridging, BTL and specialist Real Estate space who are looking to hire into their Bridging Sales team for a Telephone Business Development Manager (BDM).

Watford based (WD17)

Salary c£35 - 45,000 pa plus benefits and quarterly commission

Office based Monday-Friday

As a Telephone Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating, managing and developing relationships through proactive telephone contact with intermediaries within your allocated region promoting the organisations Bridging products. You will need to have expert knowledge in Bridging criteria and be able to structure loans to meet the requirements of the broker while working within our clients lending appetite.

The role involves working collaboratively with a field based BDM to hit Bridging regional completion targets through interactions with firms who are new and lapsed as well as key account management.

The successful candidate will have/be:

  • Commutable to Watford 5 days per week
  • Knowledge of Bridging Finance is essential
  • Previous experience in sales would be advantageous, but you will be results driven, and be a good team player.
  • Backgrounds may vary but we are open to speaking with candidates who may worked in a Lender already (non-bank, or bank), or a broker, or have experience in the administrative side of bridging.
