We are currently recruiting for an exciting and varied customer service role within a fast-paced environment on the outskirts of Watford.

This is a varied customer service administration role that will suit ambitious and upbeat candidates with customer service administration experience. Graduates looking for their first role to kick start their career will be considered.
Due to the location of the office, only car drivers with their own vehicle will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Dearing with customer queries by phone and email
- Processing customer orders
- Setting up new customers
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Using the internal CRM system and MS Office

- Educated to Degree level
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident to deal with people at all levels
