The Role:

Chef de Partie Flourish Craft Bakery & Café

With growth comes opportunity, and were excited to be expanding our kitchen team. Were looking for a passionate and motivated Chef de Partie to join our talented brigade and play a key role across both our café kitchen and adjoining wood-fired Neapolitan pizzeria.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a quality-driven, family-run business at a pivotal time in our journey. Youll be working with a high-performing team in a well-equipped kitchen, learning and developing under the guidance of our experienced Head Chef and Manager, helping us create food that were proud to serve.

This is a full-time position, with a mixture of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. All necessary training will be provided. Were looking for a chef whos ready to showcase their skills, learn more, and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior chefs in the day-to-day running of our busy café and pizzeria kitchens, taking ownership of specific sections and service periods.
• Assist in the creation and development of new, exciting dishes and seasonal menu ideas.
• Maintain high standards of organisation, cleanliness, and efficiency at all times, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with the kitchen team, front-of-house staff, and management.
• Take part in all general kitchen responsibilities including food prep, service, cleaning, stock control, ordering, and record-keeping.
• Adhere to all health & safety, food hygiene, and sustainability policies and procedures.
