Here at Every Step Recruitment, Sales & Marketing, we are actively seeking a Marketing Manager (Content & Communication) on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be responsible for solely leading our client’s content strategy, brand messaging and corporate communications. We are looking for a creative storyteller and strategic marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Please note, this is an office-based role. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Content Strategy
    • Develop and execute a content marketing strategy
    • Ensure consistent, high-quality and engaging content all year round
    • Produce blogs, guides, emails and newsletters
    • Optimise content for SEO, user engagement and conversion
    • Work closely with Product and Sales Teams on messaging for launches and campaigns
  • Marketing Communications
    • Create compelling brand messaging
    • Work with PR agencies to secure media coverage and thought leadership opportunities
    • Manage press releases, industry reports and company announcements
  • Social Media & Community Engagement
    • Oversee social media strategy
    • Develop engaging social content to build brand credibility
    • Report on content and communication KPIs
    • Measure content impact

You will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Over 5 years’ experience within content / brand / communication marketing
  • Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills
  • Experience of working within B2C Tech or SaaS
  • Experience working within a fast-paced, start-up or scale-up environment - as the first and only Marketing professional
  • A hands-on approach
