Job Title: Chartered Surveyor

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (Remote)

Salary: £55,000

Duration: Permanent

Benefits : 25 days holiday, Pension, Bonus

Location: Watford Office 1 day a week

Purpose of the role:

You will be instrumental in managing the practice’s growing workload, supporting our existing client base while also helping to drive new business opportunities. As part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of the business.

Day to Day responsibilities:

Manage a broad range of surveying projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
Undertake professional surveying services including defect diagnosis, project management, party wall matters, and dilapidations.
Build and manage relationships with existing clients, while actively seeking and developing new business opportunities.
Work independently with flexible working arrangements (remote and office-based work available).
Contribute to strategic growth initiatives within the practice.
Support and mentor junior team members as the business continues to grow.

Skills and Attribute:

MRICS qualified (not essential).
3 + years experience required
Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of building surveying disciplines.
Commercially aware, with an appetite for developing new client relationships.
Personal attributes: methodical, thorough, organised, precise , personable, attention to detail and resourceful.
Excellent client-facing skills with a professional and proactive approach.
