- You will be responsible for creating, managing and developing relationships through proactive telephone contact with intermediaries within your allocated region based on postcode allocation promoting our clients finance products.
- You will be developed and trained to have expert knowledge in our clients Bridging criteria and be able to structure loans to meet the requirements of the broker while working within their lending appetite.
- The role involves working collaboratively with a field based BDM to hit Bridging regional completion targets through interactions with firms who are new and lapsed as well as key account management.
- Knowledge of bridging finance is essential
- Knowledge of development finance or commercial mortgages is desirable
- You will ideally have experience within sales; either within a sales capacity with another lender or with a broker or packager
- We will consider individuals that want to develop a career in sales that've worked in a bridging case manager, sales support or underwriting capacity.
