We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a Global award-winning company based in Watford.

We are looking for candidates fluent in Afrikaans with customer support skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to help! The successful candidates will have an excellent telephone manner and be happy to provide customer support to the South African and English market.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00 - Hybrid working (Tues & Weds in office)

29,000 - 30,000pa + amazing benefits

Main duties to include:

  • Liaise with customers in South Africa and England, providing support in both English and Afrikaans
  • Delivering a high level of customer service via phone and email
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Maintaining product information on the database
  • Reporting
  • Managing a shared inbox

Candidate requirements:

  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
  • Strong administration and customer service skills
  • Warm, friendly, calm and professional telephone manner
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to commute to Watford
