- Manage a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, equity release, right to buy, and new build transactions.
- Conduct due diligence and money laundering checks.
- Ensure compliance with CQS standards, SRA regulations, and internal protocols.
- Draft and review legal documentation, including contracts and Land Registry/title documents.
- Maintain excellent client relationships and deliver a high standard of service.
- Work collaboratively across the firm to generate referrals and contribute to business growth.
- Support junior colleagues where appropriate.
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX professional.
- Minimum of 3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to handle a full caseload independently.
- Thorough understanding of Money Laundering Regulations and Solicitors Account Rules.
