Role Overview:An opportunity is available for a well-organised and proactive HR Coordinator to support a busy HR function based in Watford. The role involves ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll and assisting with a variety of human resources administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain payroll records and resolve payroll-related queries and discrepancies

  • Update and manage employee records, including contracts and personal information

  • Ensure all activities comply with employment legislation and internal policies

  • Process end-to-end payroll spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to minimise payroll and HR data issues

  • Monitor and manage the HR inbox, providing timely responses to queries

  • Track employee absence, sickness, and holiday records

  • Verify and maintain employee documentation, including required licences and certifications

  • Provide administrative support for HR processes such as holiday approvals and system updates

  • Assist with internal reporting, audits, and compliance tasks

  • Use Excel and HR systems effectively for data management and reporting
