Sonic Summary

We are seeking an experienced freelance site manager with expertise in new build industrial units.
The project is set to commence in mid-September and will involve constructing several industrial units, including steel frames, office areas, and associated external works.
The duration of the project is expected to last until around June 2026, with the possibility of a phase 2 build.
Candidates must have experience in shed builds and hold certifications such as SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS.
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

We are looking for a experienced freelance site manager who has experience on new build industrial units.

We have a scheme due to start Mid September building several industrial units so steel frame, office areas & associated external works.

This is expected to go on till around June 2026 and may potentially have a phase 2 builld.

You must have experience in shed builds and hold SMSTS,First aid,CSCS
