We are currently recruiting for a high-growth company within the FMCG sector for the role of People Business Partner. What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide strategic HR partnership to executive, leadership, and managerial teams, aligning people initiatives with key business goals
  • Coach and advise senior leaders on a full spectrum of HR topics including employee relations, performance, talent development, and reward strategies
  • Lead workforce planning, succession strategies, and talent initiatives, ensuring compliance while fostering a positive, inclusive culture
  • Design and deliver people strategies that address business challenges, enhance performance, and support change and transformation efforts

Main Skills/ Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a People Business Partner role within a large organisation
  • A strong track record of supporting business transformation or large-scale organisational change
  • Demonstrated ability to shape and implement people strategies that drive business impact
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and a solid foundation in employee relations
  • Experience coaching and advising leaders on employee engagement, retention, and people performance
  • Background in retail or regulated consumer industries (e.g. gambling or gaming) is advantageous
