What you’ll be doing:
- Provide strategic HR partnership to executive, leadership, and managerial teams, aligning people initiatives with key business goals
- Coach and advise senior leaders on a full spectrum of HR topics including employee relations, performance, talent development, and reward strategies
- Lead workforce planning, succession strategies, and talent initiatives, ensuring compliance while fostering a positive, inclusive culture
- Design and deliver people strategies that address business challenges, enhance performance, and support change and transformation efforts
Main Skills/ Requirements:
- Proven experience in a People Business Partner role within a large organisation
- A strong track record of supporting business transformation or large-scale organisational change
- Demonstrated ability to shape and implement people strategies that drive business impact
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and a solid foundation in employee relations
- Experience coaching and advising leaders on employee engagement, retention, and people performance
- Background in retail or regulated consumer industries (e.g. gambling or gaming) is advantageous
