My client is seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team, This is your chance to play a key role in supporting the organisation's sales and logistics operations while delivering top-tier service to their customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage sales orders, liaising with distributors and warehouse teams
  • Handle incoming customer calls and respond to email queries professionally
  • Maintain and update logistics documentation and Goods In Transit records
  • Coordinate with freight company regarding deliveries
  • Communicate with service agents for installations and warranty replacements
  • Support weekly inventory checks and resolve stock discrepancies
  • Assist in preparing the Daily Sales Report
  • Perform general administrative duties as required
