Sales Merchandiser

- Salary: £32,000 p/annum + Sale and performance bonus scheme (TBC)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Merchandiser to join our client’s dynamic Sales Team. Day-to-day of the role:
- Drive sales and enhance brand visibility for power tools, accessories, and related products within designated retail locations across Wales, West Midlands, and South-West England.
- Execute merchandising strategies to ensure optimal product placement.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct routine stock checks, and address discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory.
- Build strong relationships with store managers and retail staff to enhance product advocacy.
- Provide expert advice and assist customers by answering questions and demonstrating product functionality.
- Provide regular feedback and reporting to deliver accurate information on sales performance, product trends, and customer preferences.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience with power tools and a passion for tools and technology.
- Strong industry knowledge with previous experience in retail, merchandising, or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in merchandising, promotions, and sales efforts.
- Highly organised with the ability to analyse sales data and provide actionable insights to drive growth.
- Clean driving licence and willingness to travel to different store locations within the specified region, including some overnight stays.
