We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Watford. The ideal candidate must have experience in valuations and instructing new lettings business, with knowledge of property management.Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30 minute commute of the area.You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.Salary and benefits package for the role of Lettings Manager:

  • Basic £30,000 - £35,000
  • OTE £50,000+
  • Commission on instructions & property management income
  • Onsite parking
  • Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays with a day off in lieu

Responsibilities for the role of Lettings Manager:

  • Winning new instructions for the Lettings business
  • Managing a team of 3 Tenancy Managers
  • Be a point of escalation
  • Client relationship management
  • Departmental organisation
  • Performance management
  • Reporting to Directors

Key skills and experience required for the role of Lettings Manager:

  • Previous experience managing a team
  • Valuations
  • Instructing new lettings business
  • Property management knowledge
  • Highly organised
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Works well in a team and independently
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Results driven
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and have use of your own car
