We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Watford. The ideal candidate must have experience in valuations and instructing new lettings business, with knowledge of property management.Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30 minute commute of the area.You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.Salary and benefits package for the role of Lettings Manager:
- Basic £30,000 - £35,000
- OTE £50,000+
- Commission on instructions & property management income
- Onsite parking
- Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays with a day off in lieu
Responsibilities for the role of Lettings Manager:
- Winning new instructions for the Lettings business
- Managing a team of 3 Tenancy Managers
- Be a point of escalation
- Client relationship management
- Departmental organisation
- Performance management
- Reporting to Directors
Key skills and experience required for the role of Lettings Manager:
- Previous experience managing a team
- Valuations
- Instructing new lettings business
- Property management knowledge
- Highly organised
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Works well in a team and independently
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Results driven
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and have use of your own car
