We're currently recruiting for a Lettings Administrator for our Estate Agency client based in Watford.The ideal candidate must be organised, with a keen eye for detail, and can work well within a team. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30 minute commute of the area.Salary and benefits package for the role of Lettings Administrator include:

  • Basic £24,000 - £26,000
  • Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
  • Parking at the office

Responsibilitiesfor the role of Lettings Administrator include:

  • Supporting the Lettings team and Property Management with admin
  • Manage the compliance of the properties
  • Helping with producing paperwork for renewals
  • Adhoc management and support within the team
  • Answering phones
