Tradewind is currently working with an 'outstanding' school in Watford, Hertfordshire. This is a mainstream school with a superb reputation locally for the understated support if offers to pupils with Mild SEN requirements who require additional and 1:1 support due to their needs. The School require 2x TA's to joing their team from September and commit to a role for the remainder of the academic year.

  • £90 - £115 p/day depending on experience.
  • Long-term position, immediate start

This fantastic School is a teaching school that was rated 'outstanding' by Ofsted. Pupils under the support of the SEN Team have a range of mild requirements including, but not limited to, ADHD, ADD, ODD and ASC. They have excellent facilities, a broad and balanced curriculum to enable every pupil to succeed.

Criteria - (If you meet the following, please apply asap):

  • Degree qualified - ideally but not essential for those with school experience
  • GCSE A-C's
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience supporting individuals with additional needs.
  • Knowledge of complex needs mentioned above.
  • Additional SEN courses completed (highly desirable).
  • Happy to work with primary and secondary aged pupils on a 1:1 basis.
  • Available to start on a full time basis from September.
  • DBS on the update service or willing to complete one asap.
