Hill McGlynn Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Contract Site Manager to join a reputable Main Contracting company based in East Anglia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will coordinate between different teams, manage site logistics, enforce health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of quality control. The successful candidate will be a key point of contact on site, demonstrating strong leadership and organisational skills to facilitate a smooth construction process from start to finish.

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and practices
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple teams and subcontractors
  • Experience working with contracts valued in residential or commercial sectors (preferred)
  • Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification
  • Comfortable working within a team and providing leadership on-site
