As the Head of Logistics, the successful candidate will oversee all logistics activities across the Warehouse and factory, managing everything from inventory management to transportation. This role promises to be both challenging and rewarding, offering the chance to lead a high-performing team and contribute to the strategic direction of the logistics function.
**Responsibilities Included**
- Lead end-to-end logistics operations across both sites, ensuring seamless integration between warehouse, factory, and transport activities.
- Ensure daily operational performance aligns with safety, quality, inventory, delivery, and people targets.
- Drive service level improvements through robust KPI tracking and performance dashboards.
- Own and manage departmental budgets, including setting annual forecasts and tracking spend.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing accuracy, efficiency, and productivity.
**Skills and Attributes**
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing logistics or warehouse operations, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong financial awareness with experience in setting and managing operational budgets.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills at all business levels.
- Hands-on experience with ERP and WMS platforms
- Proven ability in workforce and capacity planning to meet fluctuating business requirements.
