My well estaliblished client based in Wednesbury are looking for aPAto join their team on a full time and permanent basis. This role will be supporting the current PA in duties due to expansion and increased workload.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is a highly organised, motivated and proactive PAto provide dedicated administrative and operational support. This role requires discretion, excellent time management, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:-

  • Being a key point of contact, you will assist in managing schedules, communications, and daily workflows.
  • Manage complex calendars, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel as required
  • Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, documents, meeting agendas, and presentations.
  • Take notes/minutes at meetings and follow up on action points.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders.
  • Organise events, meetings, and logistics as needed.
  • Support personal tasks such as appointments, reservations, or errands (if applicable).
