We are a growing, family-run business based in Wellingborough, providing commercial catering equipment facilities support to well-known national brands. Guided by family values, we foster a friendly, collaborative environment where every team member’s input matters.

We’re looking for a Contract Support Coordinator to help deliver excellent service to key clients, support our Business Development Managers, and collaborate closely with our wider team. You’ll be comfortable managing a range of tasks, be able to retain and apply new information quickly, and focus on high standards and effective teamwork. From coordinating service calls and producing reports to working with suppliers, clients and engineers, your role will be central to our continued success.

You may already be in a similar role and looking for a new challenge—or you might be new to an office environment but have transferable skills, such as being a confident communicator, detail-oriented, and naturally inquisitive. You’ll need to be ready to learn our business from the basics up, showing initiative and a genuine interest in growing your knowledge and developing with us.

Excellent communication skills are key, as you’ll be building strong relationships with clients, engineers, and colleagues to ensure a high-performing and responsive service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organise and manage planned maintenance works.
  • Act as a key contact for clients, with a clear understanding of their business needs.
  • Produce regular reports and updates for clients.
  • Attend client visits and support Business Development Managers.
  • Monitor client KPIs and identify trends or issues.
  • Resolve escalations promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in the out-of-hours support rota on a rotating basis.
  • Source spare parts through suppliers and engineers.
  • Produce accurate client estimates.
  • Provide timely follow-up and support to clients.
  • Provide administrative support to the service team.
  • Work with your team to prioritise and deliver tasks effectively.
  • Contribute to team meetings, sharing updates and ideas.
  • Collaborate closely with supply and account teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support the wider team with additional tasks as required.
