- Performing order processing according to procedures efficiently.
- Providing proactive and timely communication with Client, with existing or new business.
- Checking the accuracy of instructions against quotes or reverting to Client/Client Management to enable the Operations Team to delivery technical and financially compliant instructions.
- Communicating with clients, Client Management Team, Unit resources, Financial and Operational Administration teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Supporting the Order Processing Lead with quote information requirements, supplier performance, other feedback and review.
- Assisting with information required for the Order Processing Lead to Report on trends, changes, information, and data where applicable to the General Operations Manager to enable review of overall Operational efficiency and the WIP systems.
