As part of the Global Clinical Operations community, you will help innovate how we conduct trials, enhancing the experience for patients, caregivers, and site staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of all operational aspects of one or more studies through all phases (start-up, conduct, and closedown), adhering to ICH/GCP and applicable regulations.
  • Represent the UK on the global study team, acting as a key liaison.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with sites and oversee recruitment in your country.
  • Provide direction and leadership to the local study team, including Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).
  • Collaborate with local Medical Affairs colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
  • Work with relevant country PDG colleagues for timely feasibility, start-up, and site payments.
  • Maintain quality and compliance while driving study timelines, budget, and risk management.
  • Partner with PDG colleagues to address questions and audits from IRB, Health Authorities, and Ethics Committees.
