Key Responsibilities of a Secondary Teaching Assistant:

What we're looking for in a Secondary Teaching Assistant:
- Recent experience in a school or education setting (paid or voluntary)
- A proactive and positive attitude with a strong commitment to pupil wellbeing
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- An understanding of safeguarding and inclusive education
