Description
- Processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports
- Ensuring financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
- Providing administrative support to the accounting and finance department
- Reconciling the company's bank statements
- Assisting with budget preparation
- Preparing periodic financial reports
- Ensuring accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
Profile
A successful Finance Administrator should have:
- Relevant educational qualifications in finance or a related field
- Excellent numeracy and financial management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong administrative skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
