About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Support Specialist to join our client's team in the Wembley area. This is an excellent opportunity for a technical support professional specializing in Windows environments, IT infrastructure management, and system optimization.
Package

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office environments
- Manage and administer Windows Server infrastructure
- Implement and maintain backup and recovery solutions
- Oversee network and security management protocols
- Assist with hardware and software procurement processes
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
- Knowledge of virtualization platforms
- Networking expertise
- Cyber security proficiency
- MS SQL Server experience
- Basic scripting capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft)
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- ITIL certification
