Position: Night Shift Kitchen Supervisor
Location: Brent, Greater London
Contract Type: Permanent
Annual Salary: 40,000
Working Pattern: Night Shift (Sunday to Thursday, 9pm - 6:30am, including a 30-min unpaid break)

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.
  • Manage, train, and inspire kitchen staff to enhance their culinary skills and efficiency.
  • Coordinate food production schedules during the night, keeping everything running smoothly.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure effective stock management.
  • Implement food safety protocols and ensure compliance with BRC regulations.
