Nursery Practitioner - Harrow (Term Time Only)

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, Term Time Only - Temporary to Permanent

We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and experienced Nursery Practitioner to join our growing Nursery team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood development and committed to delivering high-quality care and learning in a nurturing, child-centred environment.

Key Responsibilities of a Nursery Practitioner:

Create a safe, secure, and stimulating learning environment where all children can flourish
Plan and deliver engaging age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS framework
Observe, assess, and record children's progress to support their ongoing development
Act as a key person, building strong, trusting relationships with children and their families
Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain excellent standards of care and education
Uphold safeguarding, health & safety, and welfare procedures at all times

Requirements of a Nursery Practitioner

CACHE Level 3 in Childcare/Nursery (or equivalent)
OR equivalent
Passionate about supporting children's learning through play
Positive, proactive, and flexible approach to teamwork
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to respond with humour when appropriate
