As a Year 1 Teacher, you will:

Deliver inspiring and engaging lessons tailored to the needs of all learners.
Create a nurturing and positive classroom environment where every child can succeed.
Encourage a love of learning through imaginative and well-planned teaching.
Work closely with the Year 1 team to deliver the Key Stage 1 curriculum effectively.
Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues.

Year 1 Teacher Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - PGCE, Bachelor of Education, or equivalent.
Experience teaching in KS1 (Year 1 experience desirable but not essential).
Strong classroom management with a warm, inclusive teaching style.
Reflective, adaptable, and committed to professional growth.
A proactive team player who thrives in a supportive and dynamic environment.
