LOCATION: New wine bar concept on a beautiful mews road in West London with abundant outdoor dining and drinking
WINE: a unique list that bridges the classic vs natural divide with an ambitious selection of both independent low-intervention winemakers alongside sought-after more classic regions
FOOD: Wood-fired mediterranean ingredient-led cooking
INSPIRATION: Goodbye Horses in De Beauvoir, St Eia in Cornwall, Leos in Clapton, Noble Rot in central London
VIBE: something new and fresh for West London; a rich, community led, creative space showcasing exceptional wines and plates; vibrant atmosphere with carefully curated music, poetry and events; street dining and drinking in Summer

ROLE SUMMARY:

What we are looking for is hard to find. We are looking for an emerging industry taste-maker and thought-leader who is ready to make a stamp on the West London wine and dining scene by joining as Co-Founder and General Manager. Someone who will work with the fellow co-founder to create and establish something special, to live and breathe the concept, and to grow it into one of Londons most iconic wine bars.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Wine - an industry thought-leader who is intimately connected to and ingrained in the London wine network. Someone capable of creating and maintaining an original wine list that bridges the divide between low-intervention and classic producers
Commercial Acumen - Full operational and financial responsibility for running the venue, we are looking for a hands-on leader who loves to be in service, but also has the financial and business acumen to run a profitable business
Leadership & Development - A leader who is passionate about hospitality and inspiring others with a clear vision and strategy. A leader who understands the importance of leading by example, and ongoing education and development of all team members
Organisation - Someone who is supremely organised and able to always think ahead. Ensuring there is a strong plan for every single service, that each team member has a clear role and responsibilities; that all of the tools, equipment and systems required for a smooth service are available for each team member to perform at their best.
