Key Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils across KS1 and KS2.

  • Assist children with a variety of special educational needs to help them engage fully with the curriculum.

  • Deliver targeted interventions and run nurture groups for children with additional needs.

  • Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to maintain a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
